The best candidate for this role would have 2 to 4 years’ experience working in an inventory centric position. Maintaining cycle counts, experienced in using an RF Scanner to track and pull inventory stock. Comfortable using computers as a daily tool to update and track inventory numbers and discrepancies. This individual needs to be dependable, organized and detailed, someone who wants to join a well-rounded team with a structured inventory process.

Who We’re Looking For
This Inventory Clerk will be welcomed to REISER in a full-time capacity and will daily responsibilities that include but are not limited to cycle counting, bin moves / relocation, clearing put away carts from receiving and returns, removing obsolete inventory and maintenance of our parts department. This team is responsible for the management of over 30,000 SKUs.
What You’ll Do
- Organize stockroom by usage
- Maintain cleanliness of stockroom with the assistance of the shipping and warehouse teams
- Review bin discrepancies, investigate and research how to correct them and develop new procedures / action plans to avoid mistakes from happening again in the future
- Set up new bins
- Remove obsolete / non stocking locations and correct in ERP system (Prelude)
- Review Back Order Reports
- Assist shipping and receiving
- Various other duties as required
What You Bring
- Two plus years of inventory experience including experience with RF Scanners, experience using any ERP software is a plus (Prelude is preferred).
- Domestic and international shipping experience.
- Equipment experience with sit down forklifts, pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks.
- High School Diploma will be required for this role.
- Initiative, critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision making, persistence, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, concern for others, teamwork, and leadership.
- Ability to stand on feet all day and lift to 70lbs regularly.
- Bilingual English Spanish skills are a plus but not necessary for this role.
