Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include presenting tailored solutions to clients, analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and assess investment opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in real estate, finance, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
