The User Adoption & Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is accountable for ensuring Workforce Enablement technologies deliver real business value through sustained adoption, measurable productivity gains, and an improved Digital Employee Experience (DEX). This role bridges technology delivery and human behavior by owning end-to-end adoption strategy including communications, training, role-based enablement, and reinforcement across devices, productivity platforms, collaboration tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Service Operations, HR, and Communications, the role embeds change early in the service lifecycle, represents the voice of the user in roadmap decisions, and drives measurable outcomes such as higher adoption, improved sentiment, reduced friction, and stronger ROI from workforce technology investments.

Compensation Range
$89,310.00 - $134,870.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. Principle Duties
- Lead the end-to-end User Adoption and Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for Workforce Enablement services, ensuring technology investments translate into measurable productivity gains and improved Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
- Establish and operationalize a standard, repeatable OCM framework—including communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement—embedded early in the product and service lifecycle.
- Translate complex technology and service changes into clear, user centric narratives that articulate what is changing, why it matters, and how it benefits employees.
- Design and deliver role based enablement and adoption programs across diverse user segments (e.g., executives, knowledge workers, developers, regional users).
- Own and maintain “when to use what” guidance across collaboration, productivity, and AI tools to reduce confusion, tool sprawl, and digital friction
- Lead multichannel change communications and engagement efforts, partnering with Corporate Communications and HR to ensure consistent, people focused messaging.
- Lead the end-to-end User Adoption and Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for Workforce Enablement services, ensuring technology investments translate into measurable productivity gains and improved Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience - Required
- 4 years IT systems, User engagement, Training and end-user communication - Required
- Proven proficiency in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent practical experience) to drive sustained adoption and behavioral change - Required

- Ability to embed change management early in the product and service lifecycle, not as a post-deployment activity - Required
- Deep understanding of modern digital workplace platforms, including productivity, collaboration, endpoint, and workforce enablement services - Required
- Proficiency in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) concepts, including experience measurement, sentiment analysis, and friction reduction - Required
- Working knowledge of AI enabled productivity, automation, and self-service capabilities, with a focus on responsible and effective user adoption - Required
- Familiarity with enterprise IT operating models, service catalogs, and platform based delivery - Required
- Strong user centric mindset, with the ability to translate complex technology changes into clear, relevant, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences - Required
- Strong collaboration skills with sensitivity to global and regional workforce needs - Required
