Wise F&I is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Contract

About the Role
As a member of our Contract Administration team, you'll help ensure cancellation requests are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting important administrative functions across the department.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, data accuracy, administrative work, and being part of a team that supports company operations behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Process contract cancellation requests received by email, fax, and phone
- Review incoming correspondence and documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Enter contract information into company systems with speed and precision
- Scan, index, and organize important contract records
- Assist with administrative and operational support duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing and exceptional service
- Learn additional contract administration responsibilities as your experience grows
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of college with Associates Degree
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- 40 words/minute typing skills
- Microsoft Office familiarity including Access and Outlook
