Shop Foreman
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Shop Foreman to lead our Metal Fabrication shop operations and help keep projects moving efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Work longside with the owners
- Oversee day-to-day shop activities and workflow
- Serve as the go-to person for employees and job-related questions
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Assign and coordinate work among shop employees
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities
Qualifications:
- Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or manufacturing
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage employees while completing personal work assignments
