What challenges can you expect?
- You will maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and improve test systems and equipment used in production
- You will support the production line by providing technical expertise and solutions for testing-related questions
- You will implement test system updates and support the introduction of new test equipment on site
- You will modify test systems in cooperation with headquarters, including verification of required standards
- You will analyze validation data, identify trends or deviations, and prepare validation reports
- You will support spare parts preparation, stocking, monitoring, and employee training as needed
- You have an associate degree and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or electrical environment
- You have experience in electronics, electrical, or mechanical manufacturing, preferably with production troubleshooting
- You have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, especially wiring schematics
- You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and preferably E-CAD or CAD tools
- You have technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical, or electronics with at least 1 year of professional experience
- You have strong teamwork, communication, flexibility, and a hands-on approach, with willingness to travel as needed
