What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Measurement Technician position at Reinhausen GmbH?

What awaits you:
- You will perform receiving inspections, measurements, and first-piece inspections to confirm that supplier parts and materials meet applicable specifications
- You will create and maintain inspection records, initial sample and test reports, calibration documentation, and other records required by the Quality Management System
- You will identify nonconforming parts or assemblies, document quality notifications in SAP, and recommend solutions to suppliers and internal teams
- You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality and assembly-related concerns
- You will assess manufacturing and testing processes, provide technical guidance, and perform statistical studies to support process and product quality
What you bring to the table:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have experience programming and operating coordinate measuring machines and performing gage calibration
- You have experience in an electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly manufacturing environment
- You have the ability to read and understand general drawings and can learn to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot product defects
- You demonstrate strong analytical, communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
