What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Business Development Consultant position at Reineke Family Dealerships?
Summary:
A Business Development Consultant (BDC) plays a key role in recruiting new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers. A BDC utilizes our online e-Leads program to assist customers in the search of a new RV through phone calls, email, and text.
Reports To: RV Sales Director or RV General Manager
Job Duties:
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales / service promotions.
- Set appointments for customers.
- Collaborate with Sales team on appointments and customer needs.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our stores.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to produce referrals.
- Urge sales by being honest, persuasive, and taking initiative to get the job done.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service and a desire to help customers
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Detail oriented and proficient with computers, email, smart phones, and the internet
- 1 year(s) experience in customer service, sales, or related work
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge β Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
