What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Sales/Marketing Department Work Study Findlay - Millstream position at REINEKE FAMILY DEALERSHIPS INC?
The sales department is one of the busiest departments in the dealership. Many customers are seen daily in our showrooms.. During this 10-week work-study program, you will gain a high-level understanding of how to engage a customer, how to sell vehicles and gain product knowledge.
Work Study Timeline:
Week 1 - General Dealership Training - How all departments within a dealership work together for the customer
Week 2 - Sales Floor Training
Week 3 & 4 - Business Development Representative (BDC) - Shadow and work with the Sales BDC to understand how to set customer sales appointments.
Week 5 & 6 - F&I side of the sale
Week 7 & 8 - Sales Floor/Marketing
Week 9 & 10 - One-on-One meeting with Management to discuss area of greatest interest. The remainder of the program, the student will be focused here.
