Who We Are

The LCAT is a SCRM Subject Matter Expert. The Masters is required per the LCAT description.

What You'll Do

  •     Support the development of 5G Country Reports
  •     Provide analytical assessments pertaining to SCRM and national security  
  •     Perform quality checks on 5G Country Reports
  •     Answer questions in depth for team members and clients related to 5G

What You Bring

  •     Master's degree with a minimum of senior level (15 ) years of experience 
  •     Top Secret/SCI  Clearance
  •     Prior experience supporting DoD or other government agencies
  •     Policy & regulatory knowledge: Understanding of FCC regulations, spectrum auctions, and international standards harmonization.
  •     Standards evolution tracking: Ability to interpret and anticipate developments in 3GPP and ITU standards.
  •     Understanding of protocols and standards: Familiarity with 3GPP specifications, especially Releases 15–18.
  •     Use case development: Skilled in identifying and mapping 5G solutions to real-world problems or operational needs.
  •     Briefing skills: Capable of breaking down technical details for leadership, stakeholders, or policymakers.
  •     Training & mentoring: Able to guide teams, lead technical workshops, or serve as a consultant for strategic planning.
  •     Collaboration: Strong coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, cybersecurity, legal, operations).
  •     Cross-industry knowledge: Awareness of how 5G impacts different sectors (e.g., defense, healthcare, smart cities, autonomous vehicles).
  •     Vendor or carrier collaboration: Familiarity working with companies like Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Qualcomm, Verizon, AT&T, etc.
  •     In-depth knowledge of 5G architecture: Including 5G NR (New Radio), 5G Core (5GC), RAN (Radio Access Network), and network slicing.
  •     RF engineering and spectrum knowledge: Understanding of mmWave, sub-6 GHz, and beamforming technologies.
  •     Cloud and virtualization: Proficiency in technologies like NFV (Network Functions Virtualization), SDN (Software Defined Networking), and MEC (Multi-access Edge Computing).
  •     Security awareness: Expertise in 5G-specific security enhancements and potential threat vectors (e.g., supply chain, virtualization risks).
  •     Hands-on implementation: Experience designing, deploying, or testing 5G networks (private or public).
