- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues (residential and light commercial)
- Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
- Conduct system diagnostics and complete accurate documentation of service calls
- Install and upgrade heating and cooling equipment when required
- Ensure compliance with Rhode Island HVAC codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and parts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Attend manufacturer and in-house training sessions
- 3-5 years of HVAC service experience (required)
- Rhode Island Journeyman License (required)
- Valid HVAC license or equivalent field experience
- Experience with oil systems and geothermal systems (preferred)
- Rhode Island Pipefitter and/or Refrigeration License (preferred)
- EPA Type II Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
- Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations
