• Conduct in‑home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions
• Educate customers on HVAC system options, efficiency, and long‑term value
• Build customized quotes and guide customers through the sales process from initial visit to installation
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure clarity, satisfaction, and project progression
• Stay current with HVAC technologies, trends, and best practices
• Maintain professionalism and uphold Reimer’s reputation for honesty and reliability

Qualifications

• Positive, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused mindset
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Coachable and eager to learn new sales techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move equipment and work in outdoor environments
• HVAC sales experience preferred, but not required
