Job summary:
Admin & Contracts Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all documentation for contracts, including Owner contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders for projects. They will work with the Project Manager to ensure they have all required paperwork required to complete and turn into the Owner or vendor. This role will also facilitate high level support to all departments by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contracts and Purchase Orders - Administrate job subcontracts and purchase orders, maintain various required Certificates of Good Standing
- Certified Payrolls - Generate certified payroll reports for Reiman Corp and subcontractors, submit to appropriate entities
- Administration - Manages incoming phone call and walk-in traffic, assist with event coordination and planning, maintains office and reception area in a clean, professional manner

Pay: The pay range for this position is $27/hourly with opportunity for advancement
