The Supply Chain Coordinator role supports and coordinates critical supply chain activities including inventory control, batch order processing, production support, and purchasing coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Materials Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data
- Coordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system
- Lead and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules
- Support production reporting and issue resolution related to materials
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
- Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up
- Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortages
Work Schedule & Availability
This role requires schedule flexibility. Occasional nights and weekends are required during:
- Physical and cycle inventory counts
- Batch order creation and processing periods
- System transitions or operational deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control, receiving, production support, or purchasing
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (D365, AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Manufacturing or food production environment experience
- Experience with audits, cycle counts, or physical inventories
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
