Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional communication via phone and email
- Support tax preparation by organizing client documents and assembling return packages
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for client records, tax files and firm documents
- Proofread and format reports, engagement letters and client communication to ensure clarity and consistency
- Assist with billing coordination and administrative workflows across departments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in office administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
