Reigning Cats and Dogs – Broadway at the Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC)
Reigning Cats and Dogs is a fun, specialty retail store in the heart of Broadway at the Beach! We cater to pet lovers, offering toys, treats, apparel, and gifts for dogs, cats, and their humans.
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and pet-loving individual to join our team as a Key Holder (Shift Lead). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, being around all things cats and dogs, and taking on additional responsibility within a retail environment.
Pay: $12–$14/hour
- Pay based on verifiable work history and experience
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Process and stock incoming merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Open and close the store
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and overall store performance
- Support the overall operation of the store as needed
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability for nights and weekends
