As an Event Sales Associate, you will represent Frontier Communications and Verizon Wireless through community events and retail-based interactions. You will serve as a point of contact for consumers by answering questions, sharing product information, and helping individuals find solutions that match their needs. Through hands-on training and dependable coaching, you will strengthen your communication, event marketing, and sales skills while working alongside a driven, successful team.
What You'll Do as an Event Sales Associate:
- Create positive brand experiences through community and retail events by representing Frontier Communications and Verizon Wireless with confidence and professionalism.
- Connect with shoppers to introduce offerings, answer questions and close sales.
- Share product details, service benefits, and available options in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Learn customer preferences and provide recommendations based on their individual needs.
- Support customers with enrollment steps, account questions, and general service assistance.
- Set up event displays to encourage engagement and drive excitement.
- Partner with team members to deliver successful events and accomplish shared objectives.
- Develop valuable skills in event sales, communication, customer engagement, and account management.
Basic Skills and Experience Required for the Event Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with different audiences.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in event and retail settings.
- Adaptable mindset with the motivation to learn and improve.
- Dependable, goal-oriented, and able to contribute positively to a team.
