We are seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee to join our team and develop the skills needed to support customers, represent AT&T, and contribute to a successful team environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and room for professional growth.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Management Trainee (sales):
- Communicate with customers and provide a positive, professional experience
- Help oversee and manage a small team and help with backend business operations
- Learn our AT&T’s products, services, and customer programs
- Assist with customer enrollment, account information, and AT&T service-related questions
- Build strong customer relationships through clear and confident communication
- Support daily team goals and contribute to a collaborative environment
- Develop leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills through hands-on training
- Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional, outgoing, and comfortable working with customers
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
