We are looking for motivated, results-driven Bilingual Client Account Managers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, with a focus on developing relationships, increasing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. As a Bilingual Client Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with clients and customers, driving sales, marketing prestigious brands, and delivering outstanding results for our clients through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Client Account Manager include:
- Actively engage with potential customers in the Fort Worth community by participating in our lead-based residential campaign & help customers find the perfect wireless products and services for their needs
- Solve customer questions and challenges positively, making every interaction fun, friendly, and informative -this will foster brand loyalty
- Work closely with the sales team to understand sales cycles, identify opportunities for lead generation, and optimize conversion rates through integrated marketing efforts

- Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products, bundles, and service offerings
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals, track performance, and develop sales strategies that drive business growth
- Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to company policies and protocols for the management of sensitive information.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Client Account Manager Role:
- High School Diploma; Must be 18 years of age to apply
- Bilingual (Spanish) skillset highly preferred; Fluency in both English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and resolve issues for a diverse customer base
- 1-2 years of prior experience is preferred- past customer service, retail, campaign marketing, or relevant sales experience, especially in the telecommunications industry, is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales results
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and quickly integrate new information about evolving technologies and services
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales
