About the Role:

The Line 4 unload position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery within the Other Services industry. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all tasks related to line operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting issues that may arise during service delivery, ensuring that solutions are implemented swiftly and effectively. Ultimately, the Line 4 position contributes significantly to the overall success and reputation of our organization by delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily operations on Line 4 unload and Tether line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and report on performance metrics regularly.
• Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they understand operational procedures.

Reifel Industries Inc. is an ISO 9001:2008 registered custom e-coating facility located in Pioneer Ohio that provides full & partly e-coating, dip-spin painting, and zinc plating services to the entire Midwest, but especially to Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour 

Production hours are 4 x 10-hour shifts, minimal OT, 3-day weekends

Expected hours: 40 per week

• We are a drug-free workplace. We do not accept medical marijuana cards and THC is also NOT allowed. You Must be able to pass a random drug screen at any time. As well as a post offer screening in your first 90 days.

Job Specific Duties:

•  Being prepared and ready to work at your location by your schedule time
• Visually inspect each part for defects, customer created, or process created
• Know how to properly unload parts off of the racks and/or load bars
• Know how to properly scan and fill out work tickets
• Identify and report all Quality/packaging/rack problems to supervisor
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Communicate with previous and following shift about part/line concerns and issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds or more repetitively and occasionally
• It’s important you can keep up with the job's physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. There are areas where you will possibly be lifting above the head to place or remove racks as well. Employees MUST regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds repetitively and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds or more. 
• Physical Demands Required! Employees must have the ability to stand up to 100% of the time and are required to use their hands to handle objects. They must be able to use their fingers and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, push, pull and squat.

Summary:
As a 1^st Shift Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line during the night hours. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

In this role, you will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy skills to navigate our production systems and input data accurately.
