We are a non-union HVAC company serving the Napa. We are looking for dedicated and motivated employees to join our team, full-time and long-term.
All Jobs are located within the Napa Valley, please do not apply if you cannot commute to the area daily.
Standard Qualification Requirements:
- Desire to work & grow in the HVAC industry as a lifetime career.
- Valid CA Drivers License and clean DMV.
- Knowledge of mechanical tool use and safety precautions.
- Able to fit & work in tightly confined spaces.
- Comfortable working on ladders & at tall heights.
- Speak, read, & write English fluently.
- Punctual, dependable, organized, & efficient.
- Motivated, responsible, & self-sufficient.
- Able to multi-task, & think & plan ahead.
Currently hiring for Installer:
Lead Installer:
Oversee and delegate daily tasks on job site, daily planning, efficient use of materials & labor, coordination with our office, client & other trades, and quality control. minimum 2 year to 4 years work experience

We work a 9/80 work schedule with two week pay periods.
1st week: Monday - Thursday 6:30am-4pm, Friday 6:30am-3pm
2nd week: Monday - Thursday 6:30am-4pm, Friday OFF
