Location: Everett, WA

We are looking for a Project Surveyor.
The Project Surveyor will coordinate and direct survey technicians and field crews to ensure projects are completed within technical, project, budgetary, and time constraints. The Project Surveyor will assist the Survey Manager in the organization and completion of proposals and projects

Qualified Candidate Must Have The Following Qualifications
- Professional Land Surveyor license
- 5 years or more experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- This position requires you to perform physical labor including strenuous walking, digging, staking, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- The successful candidate must have a valid WA driver’s license and be able to obtain a Flaggers card
- Be willing to work out of town at times
- Will have recent land surveying experience in a leadership role including hands on experience with topographic, construction, and boundary surveys.
- Experience will include creating legal descriptions and easement exhibits, preparation and documentation of land boundary surveys, computing points and linework and directing field efforts, and working in the field when the situation warrants it.
- Be well versed in the field and office work required for the creation of topographic base maps and preparation of data for use in the field.
- Experience with Drone/UAV and laser scanning technologies a plus.
