Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
Location: Twin Cities, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports to: Customer Service Lead

Role Overview
This hybrid role combines inside sales support with customer service excellence. You’ll assist with inside sales activities, including quoting, follow-ups, and supporting regional sales initiatives. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive accurate product guidance, timely quote and order updates, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class inside sales support and customer service via phone, email, and CRM.
- Support regional sales efforts and reseller relationships.
- Understand technical aspects of Reid’s product range to advise customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes; maintain CRM records.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate timely acknowledgements.
- Communicate with key contacts and resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with UK headquarters for non-standard items and inquiries.
- Contribute to U.S. growth strategy and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting and/or 2 year or 4 year degree.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to learn technical product details and provide accurate guidance.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
