Job Summary:
We’re looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Installers and Shop Helpers. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced glass installers and have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the glass and mirror trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with glass and mirror installation projects
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily jobs
- Help with loading, unloading, and safely transporting glass and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
- Learn on the job and support senior installers with hands-on tasks
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and handle glass and related materials safely
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn new skills
- Prior experience in construction, glazing, or installation is a plus but not required
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week with some overtime available
