- Provide support to the Senior Property Managers with vendor and tenant relations.
- Organize facility maintenance with our internal maintenance team and third-party contractors.
- Manage tenant relations and administer leases.
- Provide financial and administrative support around the day-to-day operations of the properties.
- Direct interface with the client, tenants and vendors.
- Perform physical inspections of properties.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Possess strong accounting and financial analytical skills.
- Knowledge of building mechanical and structural systems.
- Knowledge of commercial leases and lease administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Prior real estate or construction industry experience.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Paralegal experience a plus.
