Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to be responsible for preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects to provide accurate and data-based information on company's profitability and financial strategy. This position will research and analyze financial information to help company management make well-informed decisions, draft reports, and monitor financial movements.

What you will do:
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) considering company's goals and financial standing.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Provide business analysis support for various functions of the business including sales and operations.
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
• Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
• Identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Provide support to financial controllers during Month End Close process, including reconciliation and analysis.
• Prepare monthly updates to reporting requirements for the company's lenders.
• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.
• Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
• Prepares and delivers comprehensive evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders.
What you will bring:
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
• Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst
• Proficient in spreadsheets(including, at a minimum, Pivot Tables, "VLOOKUP," "SUM IF" calculations), databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; 5 to 7 years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates and Licenses: A recognized professional accounting qualification is preferred

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
