About REIC Rentals

At REIC Rentals, we're more than a leading provider of specialty rental equipment, climate control, and power solutions-we're a team that believes in service, safety, and people first. With locations across North America, we help customers complete critical projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

We're growing and looking for an On-Site Project Lead (Field Project Coordinator / Installation Lead) who thrives in the field, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional project execution. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coordinating teams, solving problems, and ensuring projects are completed safely and successfully, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As an On-Site Project Lead, you'll serve as the primary field coordinator on customer job sites, helping ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. You'll work closely with field technicians, customers, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward while maintaining REIC Rentals' commitment to quality and customer service.

You will:

  • Coordinate daily field activities to ensure installations meet project specifications, timelines, and company standards.

  • Lead and support assigned field technicians to maintain productivity, organization, and quality.

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

  • Partner with the Service Manager to coordinate schedules, labor resources, materials, and project execution plans.

  • Monitor job site conditions to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

  • Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and minimize downtime.

  • Track daily project progress and proactively communicate delays, risks, or changes.

  • Maintain accurate field documentation including site reports, JSAs, safety documentation, and project updates.

  • Ensure tools, equipment, materials, and site conditions are ready to support scheduled work.

  • Verify completed installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Support project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, customer walkthroughs, and project handoffs.

  • Promote a strong safety-first, customer-focused culture on every job site.

What You Bring

  • Experience coordinating field operations, installation projects, service work, construction activities, power generation projects, climate control projects, HVAC installations, industrial equipment projects, or specialty rental equipment deployments.

  • Ability to lead and support field technicians while maintaining productivity, accountability, and quality standards.

  • Strong understanding of job site safety practices, customer service expectations, and project execution.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to evolving project conditions.

  • Experience coordinating schedules, resources, and project activities with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with mobile technology, service documentation, digital reporting tools, and field management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer job sites as required.
