What You'll Do
A typical day in this role includes:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline-powered equipment of all sizes.

Inspect returned equipment for damage and perform necessary repairs or servicing.

Perform scheduled maintenance, annual inspections, and turnaround services as needed.

Operate and test equipment (over 10,000 lbs) to verify performance and safety.

Look up and order parts accurately; track labor and materials used for repairs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Collaborate with customers, service, and rental teams to ensure equipment is rent-ready.

Stay flexible and responsive to daily workflow and customer demands.
Who You Are
You're a reliable, safety-minded technician with strong mechanical skills and a desire to do quality work.
Top candidates will have:

3 years of hands-on experience working on construction or heavy equipment, gas and diesel, small and large sized equipment.

Solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrains.

Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize effectively.

A clean driving record (violation-free for the past 3 years).

A personal set of hand tools for general repair and maintenance tasks.

Flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays.

Ability to lift 70 lbs or more multiple times per day.

A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
