Your qualities:
- Comfortable working with heights of 30 ft.
- Able to work standing or walking for 10 hour shifts.
- Safely handle product in an efficient and trained manner.
- Ability to build rapport with other departments to ensure freight flow service levels and quality levels are maintained
- Able to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 35 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
- Flexibility to work within different departments.
- Works efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.
- Able to work under pressure to ensure deliveries of product are shipped on time.
- Able to collaborate cross-departmentally to strategize and plan each day in order to execute shipping as much product as possible to our stores and customers.
