Secret Security Clearance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. A master’s degree in business, public administration, public policy, or relevant field (preferred).
Clearance: Due to federal contract requirements, U.S. citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
Location: Hybrid (1 Day per week in our Sterling, VA HQ)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Capture Efforts: Manage and coordinate cross-functional capture teams, contributing to the identification and pursuit of high-value federal IT and defense opportunities.
- Capture & Proposal Management: Develop and execute capture strategies, contribute to proposal content, and ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
- Account & Growth Support: Collaborate with account teams to support long-term growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and expand client relationships.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients as assigned, supporting relationship building and communications.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights: Conduct detailed research on competitors, market trends, and customer priorities to inform capture strategies.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Assist in managing strategic relationships with partners or subcontractors to strengthen capture efforts.
- Use AI tools for market research, competitive assessments, and opportunity analysis.
- Apply AI to support the creation of high-quality capture artifacts, including call plans, discriminator maps, and proposal sections.
- Integrate AI outputs into capture and proposal processes, ensuring alignment with customer missions and REI quality standards.
- Promote AI adoption across the capture team and support identification of new AI use cases.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in capture management, business development, or program support within federal IT or defense contracting.
- Proven ability to manage complex proposal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of federal contracting processes, DoD/DoW programs, and IT modernization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support research, strategy, or proposal development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
