Responsibilities

Project Overview:

The HRSA project is dedicated to modernizing and enhancing the Health Resources and Services Administration’s systems to improve operational efficiency and data management. By leveraging Salesforce and low-code/no-code platforms, the project aims to streamline processes, improve user experiences, and ensure better access to healthcare resources. These efforts align with HRSA’s mission of providing equitable healthcare services, strengthening program delivery, and ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Position Overview:

The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams on the HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) project. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging Salesforce solutions to support project goals. The position focuses on optimizing workflows, improving processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning)
• Exposure to various Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Community Portal, Partner Portal experience, Data Loader)
• Data Analytics and Migration
• Strong documentation expertise
• Gathering requirements
• Agile methodology
• Build and support Salesforce applications and customizations
• Facilitate the testing and release of software solutions
• Provide support to the user community
• Regularly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical business leaders and technical project stakeholders by providing timely generation and distribution of communication
• Monitors progress of technical issue resolution and negotiates solutions as necessary

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5 plus years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst
• Agile/Scrum experience
• 3 years with Sales Clouds
• SFDC Admin Certified/ Sales Cloud Certified

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, business intelligence, economics, statistics, or mathematics

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is preferred.

Location: Hybrid (One day per week or as needed in the REI Sterling Office).
