Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and professional Cleaner to assist with the janitorial operations of several commercial real estate properties. This role is responsible for helping maintain safe and clean facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys contributing to a team.
Responsibilities
- Light office cleaning: Change trash can liners, vacuum, mop, glass cleaning, wipe down hard surfaces, sinks and bathroom fixtures, etc.
- Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials, re-stocking and cleaning equipment
- Report safety hazards and larger maintenance issues to management
- Follow safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Company transportation and gas card provided
- Full, day time position
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Overtime opportunities available
- Must have reliable transportation, safe driving record and pass criminal background check and drug test
Pay: $22.00 - $25.50 per hour
