Job Summary
We are seeking individuals who are mechanically skilled, knowledgeable, and ready to work in an exciting environment to deliver innovative solutions to meet our business needs. REI and DPI provides innovative directional drilling solutions and technology to meet the ever-changing needs of the mining and civil industries.
Responsibilities
· Disassembly/assembly of downhole directional drilling motor product lines.
· Inspection/Measurement/Testing of mechanical components and assembled product.
· Safely and efficiently utilize shop equipment to test and perform required maintenance and new builds.
· Complete quality, assembly, and maintenance including testing documentation.
· Communicate with field personnel with respect to equipment and supply needs.
· Process equipment and supply materials needed.
· Package and arrange for shipping, tracking, load/unload for transport.
· Accurately report inventory consumed, track inventory, perform inventory counts.
· Rebuild drilling equipment, including wellheads, pumps, and support drill rebuilds.
· Assist with asset management, including facility maintenance.
· Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements
· Mining, Construction, or Drilling industry related experience is considered an asset.
· Mechanical aptitude required.
· Ability to interpret drawings, including assembly and mechanical drawings.
· Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals and procedures.
· Computer literacy, including Windows and Microsoft Office experience or comparable.
· Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs more than once a day.

Pay: $25.80 - $31.07 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
