We’re looking for a Site Manager who believes in the power of people and teamwork. In this role, you’ll guide daily operations, support team development, and foster a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels like family. This position is a new site in Elmwood, IL, Monday - Thursday from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and onboard new team members with care
- Support growth through coaching, feedback, and development
- Keep operations running smoothly and safely
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with your team and our partners
- Ensure the site is clean, efficient, and aligned with our values
What You Bring:
- 5 years of leadership experience (or equivalent education)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus)
- Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally
