What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and onboard new team members with care

What You Bring:
- 5 years of leadership experience (or equivalent education)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus)
- Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally
