Empathy: Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement.
Champion inclusion and well-being. Drive Safety Excellence: Conduct LOTO
inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits. Be a visible safety leader. Boost
Efficiency: Perform daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen
activities to identify and solve problems. Deliver Results: Hit
production and quality targets, manage headcount, and ensure accurate
reporting in ERP systems. Engage and Inspire: Participate in People
Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open
communication. What You Bring to the Table: 2 - 5 years of supervisory
experience (or equivalent education). Experience with ERP systems (JDE a
plus!). Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
