Rewards Administrator plays a vital role in delivering a positive and
consistent employee experience by ensuring accurate, timely, and
compliant administration of employee lifecycle transactions. This
position supports the organizations Total Rewards programs through
precise HRIS management, consistent process execution, and adherence to
regulatory and audit requirements. This role handles specialized and
confidential information and serves as a trusted resource for employees
and managers, providing reliable support within established policies and
procedures. Key Areas of Accountability Employee Onboarding & Employment
Records Complete timely and accurate HRIS onboarding for all new hires.
Ensure employment eligibility documentation (I-9 and E-Verify) is
completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Confirm all
onboarding requirements and employee acknowledgements are completed and
properly documented. Support hiring managers by answering new
hirerelated questions and resolving onboarding concerns. HRIS Data
Management Process approved employee and organizational changes in the
HRIS. Maintain new hire employee files and document categories within
the ADP Document Cloud. Identify data inconsistencies or process gaps
and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders. Total Rewards
Administrative Support Respond to routine employee inquiries related to
Total Rewards policies, procedures, and processes with consistency and
accuracy. Provide support for employment verifications, withholding
requests, general reporting, and other administrative tasks. Assist with
audit and reporting activities, including census reporting and
Compliance-related Requirements. Knowledge, Skills, And Experience High
school diploma or equivalent experience required. 12 years of
administrative or HR-related experience. Strong written, verbal, and
interpersonal communication skills with a professional approach.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to
manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Intermediate Excel Skills (basic Formulas And Pivot Tables) Preferred.
Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, E-Verify, and Applicant Tracking
Systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential
