Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday 6 am-4:30 pm

Pay: $17.50/hour

Do you take pride in doing great work and enjoy being part of a team that supports each other? We’re looking for a Hand Sorter to join our warehouse operations — a hands-on role that plays a vital part in maintaining quality and meeting production goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) accurately based on manufacturer and quality standards.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and precision.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring:

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a warehouse or production-based environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”).
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
