BASIC FUNCTION
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SIOP forecasting and supply chain operations and purchasing. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reports for key suppliers, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support monthly Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SIOP) cycles and lead demand planning meetings. Synchronize the demand planning process with inputs to be inclusive of product lifecycle needs, marketing events, special projects and balance incoming order consumption of the plan. Analyze data sources to achieve world class forecast accuracy by utilizing history, customer data, macro-economic market, and key business indicators for directional influence in demand planning.
Specific Responsibilities
Leadership Relationships
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Supply Chain
5-7 Years’ Experience Required In Demand Planning
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
Extraordinarily effective communication skills, accountability, trust, effective problem-solving skills, and highly detail oriented
Additional Experience a Plus In The Following
Kinaxis – Maestro Demand Planning
Professional certification from any professional supply chain institutions
APICS-CPIM certification
The Salary range for this position is $83,300.00-$105,200.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.

Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the rolling 24-month demand plan for all existing and future new products. Conduct a demand review meeting with Channel / Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to capture all adjustments with logical reasoning. Balance the inputs with key market data and business indicators and reach agreement on an unconstrained demand plan for Rehlko
- Maintain and report on demand plan accuracy. Conduct a root cause analysis on the key drivers to the error rate to continuously improve demand planning accuracy.
- Review and propose MRP Parameters as it relates to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and forecast updates.
- Analyze, recommend, and monitor the execution of product transitions from introductions and discontinuation
- Prepare and report out in Executive reviews changes in the demand with root causes and action(s) to correct and improve forecast accuracy in accordance with business outcomes
Leadership Relationships
- Reports to the Manager of SIOP
- Has contact with all levels of Rehlko Supply chain.
- Has frequent contact with finance, purchasing, sales, marketing, and operations
- Has occasional contact with customers, consultants, and affiliated interests.
