As part of the growth of our AMPS (Aftermarket Parts & Service) business, we are looking for a Channel Manager to lead distribution channels across Africa. You will manage a portfolio and play a key role in the strategic development of our distributor and dealer network.
Main missions
- Define market share targets and financial plans for channel partners.
- Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans.
- Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly reviews.
- Lead governance meetings (Channel Change Board, Sales Force, etc.).
- Collaborate with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marcom teams.
- Business, Marketing, or Engineering background.
- 3–-5 years of Heavy Industrial Equipment within market experience in Aftermarket Parts, Service/Sales
- Proven track record in channel development and partner management.
- Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%). Africa & France
- Understanding of generators, engines, transfer switches and related controls is not required but helps understand the product.
