aspects of production scheduling and inventory management within an
industrial generator manufacturing environment. This role ensures that
production targets are met, materials are available when needed, and
inventory levels are maintained to support customer demand and
operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a people leader with
experience in heavy manufacturing, a strong understanding of MRP/ERP
systems, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Specific
Responsibilities: \* Develop and manage production plans aligned with
demand forecasts and capacity constraints. \* Coordinate with
engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely
availability of raw materials, fabricated parts, and purchased
components. \* Oversee inventory control processes including receiving,
storage, cycle counting, and reconciliation of high-value and
long-lead-time components (e.g., engines, alternators, control panels).
\* Monitor and adjust production plans based on capacity constraints,
material availability, and customer delivery requirements. \* Lead the
implementation and optimization of ERP/MRP systems to improve planning
accuracy and inventory visibility. \* Analyze inventory trends and
production performance metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks or
inefficiencies. \* Collaborate with quality and operations teams to
ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications. \*
