reach customers. This position is responsible for leading rigorous
factory acceptance testing (FAT) processes, validating that all low and
medium-voltage assemblies meet design specifications, industry
standards, and customer requirements. The Senior Electrical Test
Engineer - Switchgear will be combining deep technical expertise with
hands-on testing and problem-solving skills, the Senior Electrical Test
Engineer - Switchgear partners closely with engineering, production, and
customers to deliver reliable, compliant, and high-performing power
distribution solutions. Work Mode: onsite Monday-Friday Location: 200
Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI 53044 Applicants must be authorized to work in

future. Key Responsibilities: \* Conduct factory acceptance testing
(FAT) on low and medium-voltage switchgear assemblies prior to shipment.
\* Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and checklists based on
engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. \*
Perform electrical and functional testing, including continuity, control
circuit verification. \* Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects or
non-conformances; work with engineering and production teams to
implement corrective actions. \* Review schematics, wiring diagrams,
