Engineers / Project Engineers to support the design and development of
custom generator set enclosures and power systems. This is an evergreen
(pooled) requisition designed to support multiple openings across our
engineering team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership
and design direction for engineered-to-order solutions, including
generator controls, enclosure integration, communications, and power
electronics. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver
high-quality, customer-specific solutions on time and within budget.
Successful candidates are self-driven problem solvers who thrive in a
fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and
bring a strong curiosity and hands-on engineering mindset. Work
Environment \* Work Mode: Onsite, Monday-Friday \* Location: Sheboygan,
WI \* Travel: Limited, as required \* Salary Range: \$76,050 - \$105,200
Specific Responsibilities Design & Engineering \* Lead electrical design
and integration of generator systems, including: \* Genset controls, ATS
systems, and harnessing \* Custom enclosure systems (skin-tight and
walk-in) \* Auxiliary electrical components and equipment \* Develop
detailed engineering packages including schematics, layouts, component
selection, and specifications \* Design solutions with a strong focus on
manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency \* Coordinate and
integrate third-party electrical systems through design, build, and
commissioning Project & Technical Leadership \* Manage and prioritize
