Custom Power Systems is responsible for providing technical leadership
and design direction in the development of customized generator set
solutions. This role supports the full lifecycle of engineered-to-order
power systems, including generator controls, communications, and power
electronics. The Electrical Design Engineer will work cross-functionally
with sales, application engineering, design engineering, procurement,
and production. This position ensures that customer-specific solutions
are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. The Electrical Design Engineer role also supports
manufacturing and field service teams by resolving design-related issues
and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a
self-motivated electrical design engineer with a strong curiosity and
desire to solve problems. A successful candidate is one who thrives in a
fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and
applies innovative, data-driven solutions to complex engineering
challenges. Work Environment \* Work Mode: Onsite Monday-Friday \*
