Position Overview:

• Full-time Rehab Director opportunity in our Ephrata, WA. location
• Hospital-based outpatient setting @ Columbia Basin Hospital - 58 bed facility
• Pay range $110K to $120K

Role Summary:
The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, program development, and compliance in the rehab department. Responsibilities include performance evaluations, budgeting, marketing, patient care, and ensuring effective communication with staff, patients, families, and physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring efficient department operations.
• Manage budgets, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement new therapy programs and market opportunities.
• Ensure timely and appropriate patient care, complying with state and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• 5 years of therapy and management experience preferred.
• Valid therapy board certification and state licensure.
