- $28 - $40/hr. Rate depends on PRN or part-time/full-time status
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting with some assisted living
- 80% productivity expectations

- Albany is roughly a 20-25 minute drive from St. Cloud, MN.

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT
- Complete documentation
- Communicate with patients, patients families, and physicians, and staff
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Assist with development of programs
Qualifications and Education:
- Associates degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
