- STRONGLY prefer Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant. PT's, OT's or SLP's also considered
- Hourly rate:$30 - $50/hr. depending on discipline and experience
- Part-time hours projected @ 20-30 hours/week

Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day therapy operations, scheduling, and productivity
- Mentor, train, and support staff, students, and volunteers
- Participate in new employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Manage department quality assurance and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with facility administration to achieve departmental goals
- Partner with billing and support staff to ensure proper reimbursement and reporting
- Market therapy programs and develop new service opportunities
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, physicians, and team members
- Deliver direct patient care as appropriate for your license and discipline
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP, or PTA/COTA with relevant leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred (skilled nursing or hospital setting ideal)
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance clinical work with operational oversight
