Position Overview

We are currently hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for skilled nursing facilities in Altus OK, and other surrounding areas throughout the state. Please inquire for locations near you.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver treatment, improve patient outcomes, and support residents in reaching their highest level of function.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the PT
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Adjust treatment techniques based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Oklahoma
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background screening
