RehabSource for Kids is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a flexible school-based position serving 3 school sites, 3 days per week. We are flexible on which weekdays you choose to work. Paid travel included. Documentation can be completed from home (paid).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, independence, and working with pediatric populations in a supportive school environment—while making a meaningful impact in students’ daily function, independence, and success at school.

Position Details:
- Part-time position – 3 days per week
- Flexible scheduling for selected workdays
- 2026–2027 school year (renewable each year)
- School-based setting covering 3 campuses
- Onsite therapy with flexibility for offsite documentation
- Competitive hourly position (no pay during school closures/breaks)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Support students with fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care tasks, classroom participation, and functional independence
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Travel between assigned school sites
Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma COTA license (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with pediatric populations
