Sign on Bonus: $2500 - $5000 (1 - 2 year commitment)

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join us full-time.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse outpatient caseload
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-management
• Utilize our AI-powered documentation system to reduce charting time and increase time spent with patients
